The flowers weren’t exactly the same as the photo, but they were extremely beautiful! I ordered the bouquet for mother’s day from a different country - she loved it! I really appreciate a flower delivery service where I can show my mom how much I appreciate her, even though I live far away from her.

The recipient reports she is very pleased with the flowers, which is most important. Otherwise, the ordering process was easy and the communication about the status of the delivery was very good, although initially it was hard to understand exactly when the projected delivery date would be.

I ordered a bouquet and selected it base on what I wanted and the images that are provided on the website. The bouquet had 3 types of flowers and two types of green stems. However, what we have received has only two types of flowers without the green stems that was in the picture. The whole thing is absolutely different from the image. I know that sometimes stores run out of stock but they have to inform the customer in advance so they can decide to buy the product or not. The Floom didn’t do it, this bouquet was a pricy one and when I asked them I return it and please refund the money they refused and even they failed to give me a right explanation. I don’t recommend this store at all.

I am in the U.S. and can’t just go to a florist to have flowers delivered in the U.K. I placed an order with Floom on Sunday and set to have it delivered Monday. Monday comes and I receive an e-mail confirming it would be delivered that day, but then received another email shortly after stating they could not deliver because of stocking issues and that I could approve a one-day delay. Fine. Approved. I get another email hours later asking me to approve the delay again. I already did, but I approved it again. The next day, I receive another confirmation email for delivery that day, but then ANOTHER email stating they could not deliver due to “unforeseen circumstances.” So my order was cancelled automatically and refunded. I needed next day/same day delivery. I chose this company because that is what was offered. Now my delivery is delayed 2+ days, I have to use a different company and the bouquet recipient receives untimely flowers. Truly, utterly unacceptable.

Way overpriced!! I was hoping that spending $218 on an arrangement would guarantee an impressive bouquet. Nope. It got me 5 peonies and 2 sprigs of lavender. So even with the 15% discount you’re offering for writing this review, I would still not use Floom because they are so ridiculously expensive. Though, since you are clearly making enough through price gouging to be able to offer 15% off for writing a review, could you apply that discount to my original order?
