Excellent service, lovely flowers delivered on time. Also their acceptance of credit cards belonging to customers who don t reside in UK, but want to send a present to relatives living there. You make it a simple and pleasant experience.

A competitive (though rather high) price for the product (a peony bouquet with delivery). However, the flowers were delivered one day earlier than requested; only two days after delivery they are already wilting; and there was no way to send a card or message with the flowers of a length greater than 210 characters.

Hello there! The florists who handle the delivery of the orders are the ones who update the status of the order as it progresses, we received your complaint and reached out to the delivering florist. When we were sadly unable to reach them, we offered a full refund with no questions asked. We are sorry that this was the outcome, but the none-delivery of the flowers was beyond our control or even knowledge and we rectified the refund as soon as we were made aware. Kind regards, Floom

Floom is extremely reliable in terms of getting flowers to your specified address on your specified date. I’ve ordered from them a number of times and they’ve only misplaced an order once, which they quickly replaced. Their flowers can differ from what’s pictured depending on the vendor, but I’m still happy to rely on them as my provider-of-choice in London.

Hi. I have ordered from Floom many times before, but this is the first time that my mom commented that some of the flowers she received were squashed. Not the same quality as Eclore Fleur. If only there was an available bouquet from them, I would never have ordered from a different flower shop.

I can't recommend this service. After paying over a hundred dollars plus expedite fee my flowers never arrived yet they are marked delivered. Good luck getting in touch with a person to get assistance with your order as well. There is no phone number (or at least i don't see one) to at least speak to someone about the undelivered flowers. I will just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Highly frustrating to say the least. I'll stick with other florist. I have had various issues with them too but at least they have a number I can call.

I was pleased with the flowers, but the delivery instructions I left were not followed. The flowers were left outside the gate and might have been overlooked. The homeowner was not contacted to open the gate for delivery as I had requested. As a result, the flowers were not as fresh as they might have been.

I'm from out of town and was VERY impressed when your florist called me to discuss a change in flower color! Really impressed with the personal touch and professionalism. Plus, my daughter said the delivery man was really nice and the arrangement was beautiful ! Great job Floom!!
