“I was looking for a bright colourful winter bouquet for my friend's january birthday. i needed it delivered the next day. i found floom after a quick internet search and found the flowers i was looking for, for the right price. floom has created a site where you can easily search for flowers, where price, delivery terms and other important factors are clearly displayed. it was quick and easy and my friend received her lovely flowers.”

Hello, Thank so much for the review about Floom! We are sorry to learn you are unhappy with the delivery time of your chosen flowers. However, when placing the order via our website- we do make it clear that we offer a delivery between 10am to 6pm on the day of delivery. You can leave delivery instructions and these are a request that our wonderful partner florists do their best to accommodate, but this is not always possible. Our lovely Floom team did respond to your message you sent on the day of delivery to let you know specific time requests are not able to be confirmed due to our florists working with different courier services, and at the time of your contact we informed you the order was on it’s way. We cannot ,therefore, agree with your comment stating the order came 3 hours late. We do hope the flowers were loved by the recipient, and the thoughtful gift enhanced your special day

“I can't believe how quickly the delivery was done. If I have one complaint, it's that the photo of the bouquet I purchased wasn't accurate. It looked MUCH better and bigger in person. In fact, because of the cost vs. the photo on this site, I almost didn't get it. I'm glad I did.”
