So pleased I found Floom! English hubby and I live in the US and needed a way to send birthday flowers to his mum in England. We picked out a bouquet, paid online without our US bank freaking out, received regular notifications, and were even able to make a small needed edit to the message. Ordered for delivery on a specific date and it all went to plan. The whole process was seamless and my mother-in-law was absolutely delighted! Needless to say, I now know where flowers for 'Mothering Sunday' will be ordered! Excellent service! AAAA+++

Here at Floom we do understand how important sending flowers is for our customers and recipient’s - we love to make someone’s day when they receive a beautiful gift!
 However, on this occasion your order did experience a delay which was caused by the courier service used - DPD. This delay at their depot was beyond Floom or our wonderful partner florists control. Our website uses the recipients post code to find florists that can deliver to that area. In the case of your order it is correct that the florist was not local as the recipients area was a hospital address and found florists that matched the criteria you entered on our website when placing the order. A local delivery from a local florist is dependent on us having partner florists that are located in the surrounding area of that address. We do apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused with your order.
 
We do hope you will reconsider using Floom in the future!

Quick and easy to order some delicious treats as a birthday present. The prices are a bit high but I guess youre paying for convenience. Would have been nice if the cakes I ordered had been labeled and individually wrapped so that you know what each one is and so that they would stay fresh longer.
