The flowers that were sent to my friend were beautiful, but not the ones I ordered. Floor customer service quickly gave me a credit, but it wasn't a great experience, as they were red and purple vs. the yellow and white that I ordered.

I chose Floom because they promised next day delivery. The flowers eventually arrived 48 hours after they were due. Although the delivery fee was refunded, the flowers were still 2 days late. The blooms were lovely when they finally arrived.

Dear Nicky, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, this is highly important for us. Looking at the trajectory of your order, we could see that the order was delayed by two days indeed, and you were informed on time about this and agreed to a delay of delivery. You have also been given the option to cancel the order and be provided with a full refund on the order. As the order was delayed, we have issued the delivery fee refund. We did our best to keep you updated and chased the order to get delivered on the new delivery date. As our partner florists are working with perishable goods, delays sometimes might occur due to this or any unforeseen circumstances. Great choice and clear info on price points and delivery availability. Flowers were delivered on the date requested, but I wasn't informed that the delivery was successful until the following day, so only advice would be to please confirm to customers more promptly that a delivery has been made and perhaps attach a photo so senders don't worry. But otherwise service was good.

A company that tells you your flower are delivered and are not. Email the company to figure out what going on and they tell you we’ll let you k ow by the end of the day and no response. Last time I will use this company

We value all feedback received here at Floom, we are disappointed to hear you were not 100% happy with Floom services on this occasion. However, your order was marked as delivered and was received by the recipient on the day of delivery as per the order. It is a little unfair to say we did not respond or flowers were not delivered- we were in frequent communications with you as we waited for our wonderful partner florist to send us the required information. We do not fully understand the nature or reason for this review or contact as the florist delivered successfully to your recipient. 
 
We do hope you will consider choosing Floom in the future!

Excellent service! I ordered a bouquet the night before my son-in- laws birthday for next day delivery… The website is easy to navigate, the bouquet arrived early on his birthday and he was delighted with the quality and freshness of the arrangement flowers 🌷

I ordered flowers two days before the scheduled delivery and they were never received. I was charged in full. It’s now been a full week since ordering, I’ve reached out to Floom twice and still no flowers or refund.

We value all feedback received here at Floom. Due to an order processing issue ( Technical Fault ) your order was not received into the system to be fully processed which meant our florist partner did not receive the order to complete. We were in communications with you as soon as you raised this issue with us. We are sorry for any delay in these communications but a tech issue does require some investigating. We did reach out to you to confirm that a refund has been actioned and this should be received very shortly.

The delivery man was amazing! he came back 3 times to assure my daughter got her flowers as she was in meetings and she could not come downstairs to get them- she said the bouquet was beautiful!

Flowers were to be delivered on Jan 1 2024. I received an email at 6pm on Jan 1. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is at least they were pro-active about the refund (which I expect to receive shortly) "Unfortunately our florist isn't able to deliver to your recipient's area today due to unforeseen circumstances - I'm sorry about this. As a result, I've cancelled and processed your refund. Your e-receipt should be with you shortly. "
