“There are so many different styles, nearly all of which are incredibly arranged. I send flowers to very picky people, and Floom is the only company I can send with that shocks them. My aunt has flowers I sent for her birthday as her background!”

“I spent $150 to send a bouquet. (That included not one but two charges for delivery, one of which was supposed to have been eliminated through an online "first time user" promotion. When I arrived at the place i sent them (a friend's dinner) I was appalled. The flowers looked wilted, and the bouquet was so unimpressive .. not nearly the size I was expecting for the price. Overall an embarrassing experience.”

“Very poor service, I paid for same day delivery which did not happen. When speaking to Floom employees via email, Instagram they informed me that they couldn't give me any info until contact was made with florist. Nearly a week gone and no flowers delivered or refund. Disgraceful”
