“Such a seamless experience using Floom. I was nervous at first as the flowers were delivered as a surprise congratulations for a friend, so I didn't get the chance to see them (apart from the images onsite). So I was delighted when my friend - beaming with joy - sent a happy selfie with the beautiful bunch. Thanks, Floom!”

“Gorgeous flowers; easy purchase process. The "live" updates for same-day delivery were definitely not live haha - the delivery confirmation email came I think 2 days later. Otherwise, it's great.”

“I have been trying to get in touch with your team for 3 day. my order for a friend’s birthday has still not been deliverdd and now it is passed his birthday. This is a very very terrible experience and i am expecting a full refund + a delivery to my friend of the flowers I ordered. I tried to call, chat, send emails and no replies do far. It’s unacceptable.”
