“I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend the day of her mother’s funeral. Flowers never arrived. I was never contacted. I contacted customer service and they said they’d find out the issue. They never got back to me. I just got a refund sans delivery fee and no explanation or alternative.”

“I’m a guy who works overseas on a ship. I was looking for a flower delivery service. UX experience wasn’t as effortless, I found it hard navigating through on mobile. The delivery was definitely outside of the time range they gave me. (After 6pm) The followers were definitely different from the pictures. The photo on the websites are without a doubt edited to look more vibrant than in person.”

“Ordered flowers, paid £6.99 delivery and they said they’d arrive the next day. They didn’t. Cue me chasing for two days only to be told the florist had “missed” the order. What does that even mean?? Refund pending. So disappointing and with all the choice of flower delivery services available, I’d never order through Floom again. Avoid avoid avoid.”

“The flowers were gorgeous. But unfortunately I did not receive a timely notice that they had been delivered, which created a bit of a fire drill after business hours. It's particularly important to receive delivery notifications when flowers are being sent as a gift!”

“enjoyed the ease with which I was able to order flowers for delivery, only improvement I would make is if you were able to actually track delivery or have a more specific delivery window - as between 10am and 6pm makes it difficult, hard to guarantee a recipient will be in the same place for that 8 hour period.”

“I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday, which was soon after she started university in London. I wanted them to be perfect as she was homesick and far from home. Floom did not disappoint.! The arrangement was beautiful and made her so happy. I highly recommend this florist!”

“Floom offers a variety of options in flowers and its price range, which I'd recommend to anyone. However, I suffered a minor issue with the delivery where I got an email saying delivery had been completed when it was not and this caused all sorts of confusion between myself and the recipient. The flower arrived a day later eventually, but please look into and fix the delivery notification system.”
