“Fake advertising.. purchase £70+ worth of bouquets with full roses and I got carnations instead to replace it . Customer service offered 10% which is very disrespectful to what has been sent and to what I have purchased. Won’t be purchasing again.”

“My parents had an anniversary and for a long time doubted what flowers to present. Thanks to the florists from Floom and Floral Beverly Hills that helped us decide on the choice. On the appointed day, brought a gorgeous rose! Parents were delighted!”

“I’m very happy with my florist choice: lorenaenifliwers. I ordered a bouquet with next day delivery. Besides the fact that everything was beyond my expectations and unique packaging, I contacted the florist to ask if it’s possible to deliver by noon. She was very responsive and easy to contact. Thank you for such a unique bouquet💚! Absolutely recommend! (PS: I already placed another order for Valentines Day:))”
