“Recipient very happy and the extra touch- the florist asked me if I didn’t mind waiting for a day for delivery as she was getting fresh white roses the next morning. I’d have been none the wiser if she’d used her existing stock. Very impressive.”

“My friend had no idea who the flowers were from because they forgot to include my name! I didn’t add my name in the body of the text because I didn’t want it to appear twice (the to and by lines were already included prefilled outside the textbox…). The flowers are beautiful though”

“I was excited when I came across FLOOM and placed a floral order for my parents 64th anniversary. I then realized that FLOOM is NOT the florist but a start up company acting as dispatcher of sorts. In any event my parents received the arrangement which cost $127 and although flowers are beautiful they were not arranged as pictured. I immediately contacted FLOOM and they handled the matter and I received a small discount to make up for my dissatisfaction. Floom responded quickly and made me feel like a valued customer and for that reason I took the time on this review.”
