“My order never reached and the Floom team has done absolutely nothing about it for 5 days! It was meant for someone's birthday and so the whole point of making the effort it lost. This is pretty shocking to be honest. Not sure if this is a scam.”

“Terrible experience. I placed my order on Saturday to be delivered on Sunday with an extra charge. It’s not only the fact flowers wasn’t delivered on Sunday but they delivered it ONLY on Tuesday!!!!! Also there is no one to pick up the phone when you trying to contact them.”

“Needed flowers for the death anniversary of one year for my mums brother at the last minute to put in the house. She was floored and very touched and they were beautiful. Roses often arrive in a terrible state so it was nice that they arrived intact and fresh. Definitely will use again x”
