“I will never be using Floom again. I needed to order flowers for my girlfriend who was rushed to the hospital for appendicitis surgery in San Francisco. They proceeded to deliver the flowers a day late, and when the flowers were finally delivered — they looked NOTHING like the picture. I ordered the large size of “Yara”. When paying for $100 flowers, you would expect the highest quality and for it to at least somewhat resemble what is advertised on the website. This, was nothing even close. I will never be using Floom again and I reccomend to everyone that you do the same. Terrible experience all around. Just take a look at the photos I attached for what was delivered vs. what was advertised.”

“There was ease with ordering through their site but their partner florists sent quite a tragic bouquet - it didn’t match the order I made or the price point. In contacting Floom customer service I got a response (quite rapidly) with an apology and rectification of the costs spent. Whilst I’m saddened that the flowers I ordered are not remotely what arrived to the recipient, I’m softened by the manner in which this was resolved, in the end by Floom.”

“I paid £70 plus £6 for delivery for a hat box bouquet which I think was over priced for the actual arrangement. It was very minimal and such a small arrangement which I do not think was value for money. It also should have been free delivery, considering I paid £70 already. I only ordered here as it was a last minute purchase and no one else has slots, but I do not think I will be reordering again.”
