“Helpful customer service team. Beautiful bouquet. I recommend! I purchased the Florence bouquet for my friend in the UK (I'm in the US). But after they had been marked delivered, my friend hadn't received anything. I contacted the team and they responded within the hour. Turns out it was an error on the delivery lobby's end, not Floom. The bouquet was even nicer than the website image and still fresh despite the delayed delivery. I recommend Floom, especially if you're doing an international delivery!”
