The flowers were beautiful; the communication and therefore customer service were poor. The website was not accurately updated with delivery info and the customer service agents were completely helpless and without any tools or information to help.

Hello David, We are sorry your order was delivered outside of the stated delivery window we give of 10am to 6pm. Our partner florists are excellent artists that work hard to create & make beautiful arrangements for all customers. They do operate independently and often have a busy schedule, it is therefore not always possible to give real time updates at each moment but we do strive for an accurate status. From delivery to product this was an incredibly poor experience. I will not be using Floom again and will not recommend it to others.

Our team and partner florists work hard to achieve superb experiences for all customers. Our florist partners use different methods of delivery service and sometimes unexpected issues do occur. Ordered some flowers from Floom and the process was very easy. Come to find out the florist was closed. Decided to just use local florist instead of Floom.

As the delay was not accepted by you, (which we completely understand ! ) we regrettably had to cancel and issue a full refund. We do hope you will consider Floom for a future order!

I am in the US and was sending flowers to a sick friend in the UK. Was very easy. She sent me pictures of the bouquet! They were beautiful! Better than the picture!

Terrible service. Paid for same day delivery. Didn't seem to happen. Web site lists as "on the way" 12 hours after placing order. Customer service seems clueless. Chat useless, no one answers the phone. Oh well, only flowers for a seriously ill person - maybe you just don't care. Anyway, I'd urge avoiding this service completely. Premium prices for hopless service.

I love floom for its quality and simplicity. So tired of the other mail order flower services that look like the cheapest store bought arrangements. They all cost around the same but flume stands out for its quality design and customer service.

This is laughable. I get this request for feedback when the order that was meant to be delivered last Saturday has yet to arrive despite several promises from customer service that it will be delivered “today”. (“Today was the 31st of October, then it was the 1st of Nov, yet it has still not arrived.) at this point I have no trust in your system and just want a refund.

I ordered sameday delivery for an anniversary gift that was to be delivered last Thursday. By Friday I hadn't heard anything from the recipient which surprised me so I looked at the order status online and was shocked to see that it was still "with the florist". After trying to use the chat feature to locate the order I called and finally got through. The woman who assisted was also surprised and talked to the florist to find out what was going on. In the end, it was delivered 24 hours late, which missed the mark. No one offered any kind of compensation or refund, etc. Given the experience, I would NOT use Floom in the future because I have no confidence that a second chance would meet my expectations.

Our florist partner received the order you placed after their cut-off time for Same Day Deliveries to be made. Unfortunately, we were not able to notify you sooner of the delay but upon contacting the florist they did let us know they were able to deliver the following day. My apologies for the late compensation of the delivery fee, this has now been actioned for you. We thank you for your feedback and hope you will consider Floom in the near future!
