Hello, We are sorry to read your delivery experience was not as expected. All of our florists work with different courier services which means that we are not able to specify delivery times and we have a delivery window of between 10am and 6pm. The courier services arrived to the recipient address but was not home, the delivery driver issued a notification to inform the order was taken to a local shop for the recipient to collect. We thank you for your feedback!

“I was so grateful to have come across Floom, particularly as my order was made on Sunday evening from abroad, for delivery on Monday. I struggled to find another service that enabled a Monday morning delivery, and indeed, Floom came to the rescue! The flowers were beautiful, fragrant, and so appreciated by my family member who received them. I'd definitely recommend Floom, particularly if you need a next day delivery and are making the order from abroad! :)”

“My flower order was unsuccessful and the delivery failed. 1. The florist didn’t have the flowers I ordered in stock and offered inferior substitutions 2. A 10am-6pm delivery window is too wide and not being able to commit to an ETA is a big downside that eventually made my wife miss her anniversary flower delivery.”

Hello, We are sorry to know that the order was not received by the recipient. Our florist partner informed us of a stock availability issue for your order, this was immediately raised with you that they did not have pink tulips. You were offered pink Gerbera Daisies and pink Chrysanthemum as substitutions, which you accepted and to which our florist proceeded to make a beautiful arrangement. During the order process when completing all details for check out the delivery instructions section is clear and gives the option to specify any additional delivery details and informs each customer - we aim to deliver all orders between 10am-6pm. We are unable to give an ETA or request a time slot for any order but we do our best to accommodate requests but only if our florist partners are able and confirm. On this occasion we did relay your request of a delivery before 3pm to our florist and they did advise they would strive to achieve this for you. We thank you for your feedback and review of Floom.

“Floom is a credible and user-friendly flower delivery service. I was ordering flowers from Canada for my dear friend's birthday who lives in Bristol, UK and the ordering process and delivery was very smooth! My friend wasn't home so they left her flowers in a box in a safe place which I appreciated as well. Will definitely order from here again! :)”

“I tried to talk with a live person about Making a mistake on the address and I still haven’t heard back. This was a waste of money. I have no idea where the flowers went the address I put didn’t exist and I received no call or text to fix this.”

“I used this site for the first time on Monday the 23rd with same day delivery of an order of over $200 guaranteed by 6pm delivery. No call, email text or flowers until the 24th at 4pm almost 24hrs late....the flowers looked day old, water was mercky as it seems they sat from the day before. I immediately refused the delivery from the driver that told me the delivery date was the 24th. I immediately pulled up my receipt showing a delivery date of the 23rd. Complete failure overall, I would never use or recommend this site to an enemy.....terrible!”
