“Website was easy to navigate. Delivery was on time. My sister loved the flowers which isn't always the case when ordering online for international delivery. Unfortunately due to the exchange rate between A$ and GBP, it worked out quite expensive but that's how it goes with international currency. Thank you Floom, I will definitely use your service again.”

“Connection was slow, delivery date changed part way through order. Flowers in pictiure looked like there were dark pink orchids but they were not in the delivered bunch so bunch was not as colorful as I hoped.”

Hello Philip, Thank you for taking the time to review us! We are sorry to hear that on this occasion you did not receive your order. Upon alerting us to the issue raised we followed all steps needed to confirm all details for the order were correct, once this was confirmed we communicated with you that we needed to investigate and attain further information from our florist partner- we were unable to gain a delivery status and therefore we issued a full refund. Our team worked hard to resolve this issue for you, updates and timescales were provided. We regret we were unable to make a successful delivery on this occasion, but would love for you to consider Floom in future!
