“Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. No commitment, no communication and late with all deliveries, not to mention the comments I wrote to place with the orders. It was only because my usual suppliers couldn’t deliver on a Sunday that I chose this company and also I should have read the reviews before placing the orders. My advice is look elsewhere!!!!!!”

“I ordered flowers as a surprise to send to my daughter, who is a first responder. She has not received the flowers. Since this incident occurred during Friday and led into Sunday there was no customer service to help me. I still don't understand why no one called my daughter on her cell to let her know that she would be receiving flowers? I have used Floom many times before but this has been the most disappointing experience. I will be using a different carrier in the future.”

“I am in the USA and had ordered an arrangement from Floom for my Aunt in the UK for her 90th birthday. My cousin sent me a picture and it was absolutely beautiful and my Aunt was thrilled with them.”
