“Needed for some flowers to arrive on the same day of sending. After checking out several other companies offering "same day" service, only to find out that they actually could not provide this service, I found Floom. And Floom was able to deliver the flowers on the same day! At that point, I didn't even care what the price would be; I was just happy that they could accomplish this! But, the flowers were beautiful and I was told that the delivery person was very friendly and shared in my GF's joy when she received the flowers! So, thank you Floom, you are a business I can trust and recommend!”

“Sadly my experience was not good. Ordered flowers for a particular occasion, and was told they'd been delivered when they had not. No idea what happened to them, and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't chased it up myself. I would have been charged for nothing.”

Hello Tom, Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We are very sorry to read your experience with us was deemed not good. We certainly do not wish for any customer to be unhappy with any aspect of our service, your order had been marked as delivered by the delivery service used it appears to have been a mix up with the wrong order marked as delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this error which we did follow up with our partner florist but we were unsuccessful in gaining proof of delivery or an order status update on this occasion, therefore we fully refunded you as compensation.

“My order was late and I sent the flowers because a friend is grieving a death. Customer service did not help me. Flowers were beautiful and will continue to purchase but directly from florist.”

“Amazing service, I wanted to send same day flowers but definitely didn't want a "petrol station" bunch. I tried Floom for the first time and WOW! The person I sent them to was blown away by the bouquet and so was I when she sent me a picture of them. Absolutely beautiful arrangement, looked as they were shown on the website, couldn't be happier!”
