“Floom is excellent! I love that it offers a range of florists (abilities and prices) but they are all local. What a wonderful way to support local small businesses that wouldn't all have the money to set up websites and do their own e-commerce. The flowers that I sent to my friend were truly the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received in her life! I sent her flowers from Canada...I wish Floom was in business here! If you're going to expand globally, please come to Canada Floom!”

“I have used Floom twice to send flowers and both times I have found their service excellent. They have a very user friendly website that gives a lot of choice of different florists and budgets. Floom keep you updated on the status of your order - letting you know when it has been prepared and delivered. My daughter who lives in the UK and the recipient of the flowers said they were lovely - I will definately use Floom again to send a gift of flowers to the UK.”

“My order was cancelled and I was not notified. The first I knew of it was when I became aware that the bouquet had not arrived (by the intended recipient of the flowers) and contacted Floom to find out why the bouquet was not delivered. I will never use them again.”

I am sorry to hear that your order was cancelled and you were not informed about this in advance and while we refunded you in full, I can totally understand the disappointment that we weren't also able to send out another bouquet with another florist. “Was not happy with the arrangement we sent; spoke to customer service. We did not have "enough" photos for a partial refund so there was zero customer service given. Go spend your money somewhere else that values customers.”

“my flowers were delivered to an incorrect address and the customer service person would not refund me and told me to go to the random address in which they were delivered and ask a stranger to give me the flowers.”

Hello Lila, I'm so sorry we weren't able to offer a redelivery of your order after the driver left it at the address provided. We were able to request the proof of delivery and it was delivered to the address on the order. We are not able to pick up orders once delivered but if it is nearby it can sometimes be recovered by the recipient which was suggested when you reached out to us. I'm so sorry again we weren't able to provide a satisfactory resolution.

“Excellent service, beautiful flowers, my original order could not be fulfilled, but rather than cancelling it or just sending something else, I got a personal text message informing me of this and the most beautiful flowers were sent in place at no extra cost to me as the alternative were more expensive Would highly recommend”

“AMAZING service! Fabulous flowers, in little milk bottles! Great price! Wanted to send something (from Bristol!) to our son, on the re-opening of Waterman's Arms, Barnes, but I was REALLY late in getting it done ... it was a long shot, but I ordered on-line at about 4.15pm and it was delivered by 6.30pm! Incredible! Thank you. Thank you!”
