“Not at all as pictured - ordered pink peonies and ranunculus and received a sparse bouquet of white roses and dahlias with a ton of filler. Not at all worth the price. They gave me a 50% refund when I sent photos, but I still had to buy another bouquet. I’d be mortified if I had sent this to someone else and this is what they got.”

Our team and partnered florists work hard to deliver orders to our wonderful customers, we do accept on this occasion that due to market availability and seasonality our florist partner was unable to use Pink Peonies and viburnum and had to make an adjustment to the arrangement. We did issue you a compensation and we apologise for any inconveniences caused.

“I ordered white tulips same day delivery, within the time frame for same day delivery. It was confirmed. It didn’t arrive until 24 hours later and the tulips were pink instead of white. Complete waste of time”

Hello! We are so sorry that on this occasion that a mix up occurred during the delivery process. Our florist partner was in contact with you to resolve this issue and rectify the situation. The arrangement ordered does show a mixture of pink & white tulips, and was not shown as an all white arrangement. We are sorry you felt this was not quite as expected. “Placed an order to get same day delivery. I was called 3 hours later to be told it wasn’t possible and not attempt to find a solution expect to take delivery the next day! Equally no attempt to make good the situation, basically it is what it is attitude! Will not buy again from here…really poor mentality towards service.”

Hello Neel, We are truly disappointed to read your review of Floom. Your order was a very unique design, unfortunately our florist was not able to provide this exact product on the same day you requested but you were offered a delivery the very next day, which was declined by you. We did contact you as soon as we knew of the issue which was 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing the order. In this instance we were unable to offer any replacement but a full refund was issued. We thank you for your feedback!

We operate throughout the UK and the US using our website gives you access to any of our florist partners that are in the zip code or postcode of where you would like an order to be sent. The florist Padam, is located in Brooklyn and local to the area on the address you provided. Our customer service team delivered support and help upon each contact. However, the order was fulfilled and delivered,as per all the details as you gave. Thank you for using Floom!
