I hadn't used Floom before. I guess I found it by accident. I needed some flowers delivered same-day to the restaurant I was taking my girlfriend. It was pretty great! I gave my name to the waiter at the counter and I watched as he grabbed the flowers and placed them on the table. My girlfriend saw none of this. We followed the waiter to the table and only then saw them. Later she said to me "That was pretty smooth having the flowers delivered to the restaurant". Damn straight baby! She loved it! I would also like to shout out to Abigails flowers, the florist who created the arrangement. Very sweet!

I ordered from the US for delivery in the UK. Floom went over and beyond to ensure these flowers were delivered fresh, going to a second location to hand deliver it. The recipient told me the flowers were absolutely stunning

Hi Mark, I am so sorry that substitutions were made to your order. While we do allow for some subs depending on stock availability, they should never be drastic. If a more drastic difference is necessary, we would always contact the customer beforehand for approval. Floom has an excellent selection. I love that it’s local shops. My order did arrive a little later than the window given, but they were very proactive in providing information. The flowers were really lovely

We placed our order late and needed same-day delivery. We had to pay a higher delivery charge, but it was well worth it. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was pleased to receive them on the day. I also liked the updates on the delivery progress.

A disgrace. How does any decent florist think that delivering flowers to someone at 6:20am on their birthday is acceptable? It is not a difficult business - nice flowers to the right address at the right time - but somehow Floom manages to get it wrong. Their after-service was poor - when I complained about the delivery time I was told that at least the flowers arrived on the right day!!

Our florist partner starts there service very early as they do have orders to fulfill independently of Floom - so I am sorry on this occasion our Floom delivery schedule was not applied to your order. The recipient answered the door promptly, we offer our apologies that the bouquet was received at a very early hour. We do hope you will consider using Floom again!

Stock wasnt available as per the birder so substitutes were made with full disclosure I was updated every step of the way which was amazing

We do not offer a real time update system and our florists work hard each day to create beautiful arrangements to send out on the day as per the orders received. We are sorry for any delay experienced in providing an order status update on this occasion, our florist partner made the delivery before the 6pm delivery window ended.

Same day flowers delivered the following day wilted. Received excuses around building access only to later discover the delivery attempt was well after the 6pm time. Charged in full without refund even after my written complaints. Extremely poor malpractice.

Hello Chevy, We are sorry to read your order was not received on the date as expected. Due to the delivery driver being unable to gain access to the building to complete delivery it was therefore necessary to return the flowers to the florist shop, a redelivery for the following day was promptly arranged and delivered the next morning. The email notifications for delivery can be delayed at times, however the issues lay with the courier delivery service. During our communications with you upon learning the order had not been received, the proof of delivery photo alerted us to the error the courier service had made regarding the recipient's address.
