Beautiful selection, easy to select and order! Needed to change my delivery date as my partners mother wasn’t going to be in so contacted customer service and they contacted the florist and sorted it. Totally stress free! Our bouquet arrived on the new date with no issues via DPD (the only reliable courier right now!!) so very pleased. Will use Floom for all future flower needs now!! Great service!

Delivered a day late, ordered for a Saturday and delivered on a Sunday. Not as many blooms in the bouquet as pictured, mainly filler foliage.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday choosing same day delivery and paying extra for that. I expected the flowers to be delivered before 6.00 p.m as specified in Flooms page. Flowers were delivered at 9 00 p.m which I consider very late. The bouquette though was very nice and fresh.

Very poor value for money. I have been buying flowers from Floom for sometime and disappointing to see what was sent this time. I will not be buying from Floom anymore. Sorry!

First of all; My apologies for not writing this review sooner, but it’s taking me some time (i.e. a few days to gather proof). I’m disappointed with the Sansa bouquet that was delivered. It was missing a number of flowers within the bunch, i.e. Freesia, Astrantia and the Eucalyptus. Also, I paid for the Superior Sansa bouquet, but it seems it was the original, that was sent and delivered to my wife. Very disappointing.

I'm very, very disappointed. I used Floom a year ago to deliver some flowers which went fine. This time however my mother was very disappointed with the state of the flowers which were delivered. As well as the quality of the actual flowers. I won't be using Floom again, as it has spoilt Mother's Day.

We are so sorry that your mother's day flowers didn't arrive as perfectly as we'd have liked them to - but I should point out that we also apologised to you at the time and indeed offered and sent you a full refund for these flowers. We try our best to make things go perfectly every time but sadly that's not possible. We do not pick the stems and bouquets ourselves but rely on our partner florists to help us. In light of this issue however, we think that owning up to our mistake and sending you a full refund was the best course of action so that's what we did. Kind regards, Floom

I needed a last minute delivery of flowers the next day, a Sunday. I did not expect to find options but Floom was a hit. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I highly recommend Floom!

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. They never arrived. Still charge £51.99 for the same day delivery. Absolutely devastated. No update on refund. I’m not sure it’s wise to offer same day if that’s not going to be possible.

We try our best to liaise with partner florists effectively so every same-day and next-day order is carried out punctually but regrettably that isn't always possible. floom have a lovely variety of unique bouquets that stand out. I had a small problem with the delivery on this occassion but it was promptly sorted out and the florist even threw in a box of complimentary chocolates

I live in Maine (US) and used Floom's website to order a 70th birthday arrangement for my sister who lives in London. She said the flowers looked like they belonged in a painting by Vermeer. A photo confirmed that Floom delivers high-quality arrangements that are true to their web advertising. Thank you to everyone on the Floom team!

Worst flower delivery experience. Flowers arrived a day late, and when I followed up to ask why/if they were truly late, customer service said I needed to “prove” they were late (floom had emailed me: check your own system?). When I told them that because they were a day late, and the person they were sent to left out of town for a few days the flowers would be dead upon their arrival, floom customer service was unapologetic, said it was a “technical” error, that I should have my friend send a photo of the dead flowers when he returns home, and they would refund me the $14.99 delivery fee. Over $100 for my friend to receive dead flowers…
