“Unfortunately the flowers I ordered didn’t come exactly the way they were advertised. I specifically ordered one that had peonies in them and it didn’t arrive with any. However she still loved them and it was still a beautiful bouquet!”

“I ordered online the night before I wanted a birthday delivery. Flowers arrived on the day I wanted, early in the delivery time frame. They were fresh, ample, with a large vase, just beautiful. I was sent an email at the time they were delivered advising me of the delivery. Will use again.”

“Read the reviews and saw the options and thought "great! I have found a good online flower delivery service". Sadly my niece didnt get the actual arrangement I ordered but a replacement which I wasnt consulted on. The arrangement my niece did get was pretty tho but v different to the one I wanted her to get in colour scheme, actual flowers and arrangement. Having said that Floom dealt with my complaint v quickly, efficiently and professionally and all is good and I will use them again.”

“Really good repository of florists - reliable on timings (except for one). I just wish i were able to get one order and one delivery and service fee even if im ordering from different florists. I had to place 6 different orders in the same day. Wasnt very practical.”
