“I contacted you before I placed my order, and was assured I would get the flowers that were pictured for that bouquet on your website. That did not happen. I didn't get one single flower that was pictured. The color scheme was similar, but NONE of the flowers. Very disappointing!!! I would not have ordered it. It was just ok. When I reached out before placing the order, I wish you would have been honest with me. It was a $300 order.”

I'm so sorry you were disappointed in the order your received, due to stock issue on the day rather than delay your order our partner florist had to make some changes but you should have been notified of these in advance so apologies this did not happen. “My mother never received the flowers. I paid a premium for same day delivery. I complained, but am still waiting to hear back what went wrong. I am entirely not happy and will be asking for a full refund. A rating of 1 star is way to good for this experience.”
