“Terrible customer support. My order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered, representatives Liza and Valentina could not give me a clear response about what is going on with my order and why it is been late. Representative Liza did not even wait until my answer and ended the chat before I even responded. I am very disappointed in the support I received, the representatives are very unprofessional and I think the only thing they know is how to apologize. In addition to that I am also disappointed at the order that was finally delivered - the flowers on the picture and in real life are two different types, i ordered roses and lisianthus, they delivered me 1 rose and the rest was cloves with lily, in addition it was delivered the next day. I am not going to pay a dollar for this and disputing my money through the bank.”

“Floom service is great! Unfortunately the florist they paired me with for my order failed miserably. Floom jumped right in and handled the issue and did offer me a refund, so I am grateful for that. I have used Floom in the past and I was overjoyed with the outcome, so this felt like just a one-off experience at the hands of the local florist and not Floom. Thanks Floom for helping me.”

“Received beautiful Floom flowers and noticed they lasted a good while... sent some to a friend and they were overjoyed at the roses and quality. Would use again--appears they work with higher-end, local florist, and the pic matched what we ordered, which doesn't always happen.”

“Flowers were delivered on time; the bouquet seemed a little smaller than on your site though, and the vase in which it was delivered, wasn’t exactly the one on the photograph i saw on your site. Other than that the experience was good overall.”

“Would prefer a telephone contact to chat, but chat agent went as far as she could to get me the product I wanted. Would love to have a service that allowed client to enter a photo of a bouquet and be connected with providers that could produce same/similar. I have not seen the flowers I sent buy recipient was very pleased. So personal help 5; contact options 3; ability to personalize 3; product tbd.”

“The flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered on April 2nd but a delivery wasn’t even attempted until April 3rd. Then, the flowers weren’t actually delivered on the 3rd, but I got an email saying that they had been (and the email states they were delivered on the 2nd as had been promised). These are deceiving emails, since I wouldn’t have known that the flowers weren’t delivered had I not asked the friend I’d sent them to. Floom has now taken my $75 and provided no product, which is unacceptable.”
