“First and last time using Floom. Delivery did not arrive on time and was not notified that it would not arrive on time. As a result, recipient did not receive gift and won’t receive it for another week due to schedule (which is why I selected the original date in the first place).”

“I gifted the 'Guapa - Deluxe' bouquet to my sister-in-law for her birthday and her response was "These are incredible, I've never ever gotten flowers like this before. They've made my day!", and my brother said "Literally the most incredible flowers I've ever seen" The pictures my SiL sent were beautiful but I have a feeling they didn't do the flowers justice, and that they were much better in person. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can order flowers from the other side of the world for delivery next day and receive such great service and product! Thank you so much to everybody at Floom - I'll be using you again!”

“The gift that I ordered, a plant was not the same plant that was delivered. If you offer options and a customer selects a specific option the expectation is that the same item will be delivered.”

“Always great service and quality of flowers. When friends send thank you messages with photos the flowers always look even better than they did online. I recommend Floom all of the time. Speedy delivery and great quality and prices.”

Unfortunately, as they use different means to deliver, we are unable to offer a time slot or tracking link for our orders. We hope that your recipient enjoyed their flowers.
