I ordered the SPRING SUNSHINE bouquet and needed it delivered next day. I really appreciated that fast turnaround. The bouquet was not exactly like the photo -- a couple of things missing and the ruffly tulips looked a little more open than in the photo, but I understand they have to work with what's fresh and in season. I think the price was a bit much for the bouquet, however, I was in a jam and my mom was happy. All in all I give a solid 4.

I hate writing bad reviews but I was recently disappointed to find that floom no longer supports local florists to the extent it used to and, as a result, the flowers have far to travel. Consequently, with this order, the box arrived badly damaged, the water had spilled everywhere and the flowers were a mess :(

The majority of our florists are local, though we do have a few select florists (still located in the London area) who use a third-party courier for shipping. That said, this is the minority and most of our florists hand deliver themselves. I hope this clears things up for you! Such a flawless service from Floom - from start to finish. I found the site very easy to navigate with a great choice of flowers available for delivery in time for Mother's Day. I was recommended a floral bouquet from Gardenia of London who put together such a pretty arrangement - exactly what I was looking for. My mum was made up! And finally the delivery service was perfect. All in all an 100% perfect experience. I will be using you again Floom and have already recommended you to all my friends.

Terrible experience. Second time I’ve used them and both times they failed to deliver. Literally. This time, after ordering a bouquet for Mother’s Day, I received a refund the following day. No explanation provided. After contacting them to ask what was going on, they replied with a surreal explanation : apparently the flower delivery service they use in my area couldn’t deliver flowers in my area. So my mum received no flowers for Mother’s Day. Thanks Floom! What a fool I was to give you a second chance. Never again…

Thanks so much, Asma, for your positive feedback about Floom. Our delivery window is from 10-6pm local time, though on peak holidays like Mother's Day, the delivery window is often extended into the evening to allow our florists ample time to complete deliveries. I'm sorry to hear you were expecting delivery earlier on and that this did not happen, but ultimately happy the flowers found their way to the recipient.

The flower was nice, but I had only one request about the delivery (to deliver it after 3 pm) which nobody really cared about as the bouquet arrived before 3 pm.

Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery requests like the one you requested. My son who lives in Australia sent flowers for Mother’s Day. They are absolutely lovely. Much better than most online florists.
