“Had a really positive experience! It was 4pm and I needed a bouquet to be delivered on the same day. Used Floom to get flowers from Blooms by Cag. Easy to order, delivery on the same day, beautiful bouquet. Thank you!”

“Ordered flowers to arrive on my girlfriend's birthday, which was delivered after 6 o'clock and were found by us outside her flat door at 11 o'clock when we got home from her birthday dinner. Very annoyed that they did not arrive earlier in the day. I had to email at 4.30 to find out were they going to be delivered to which I received a reply that they will be right with me. I would appreciate a refund.”

“I searched Google for "flower delivery" and found Floom. I searched the site for "birthday flowers" ideas and found that category. I found a unique looking arrangement in the shape of a teddy bear for my daughter. A red teddy bear with a pink heart. I ordered it for delivery for her birthday while I was out of town for work. I learn after it arrives that it wasn't actually real flowers, despite the product page having instructions for how to care for the flowers and despite the reviews on that page explicitly mentioning how fresh the flowers were. Also, there was no pink heart. I contacted support requesting a refund, and after one or two initial follow ups... they are now ghosting me. “I requested flowers be delivered between 10-4pm, flowers not delivered until AFTER 6:00 pm. Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery. All day status listed on tracking site stated orde was ‘prepared’ . Very poor communications. Had to call for update, when I spoke with someone they said delivery was on its way, didn’t get delivered for over an hour later.”
