“My flowers were never delivered. When I messaged the chat asking for help, they said they’d check in with the florist then never gave me an update despite repeated attempts to check in. I’m so disappointed in this service and so mortified that the recipient now thinks I forgot her birthday.”

“Mine was an international order and I hadn't got things quite right in terms of providing a contact phone number at the London end. I was promptly contacted by Floom and was able to sort this out, as well as to have an error in the greeting/message corrected. The flowers were delivered on time and were much appreciated by the recipient. Excellent service at a fair price!”

“Delivery says from 10:00 to 18:00. Got a call at 18:58 after we had left, luckily the neighbour was there to collect but I had scheduled out a plan for the evening with the flowers being there first and well that didnt go as planned!”
