“Easy to use site and flowers were lovely, as hoped but had a lot of trouble entering and applying discount code and then customer service process of getting the promised discount refunded was unnecessarily complicated. Would try again to give them another chance!”

“I live in the US and had never purchased flowers from Floom. My aunt sent a photo of the arrangement I sent and I can honestly say they were actually more beautiful than the photo on the website. Also delivered on time by a very kind someone my aunt said was very helpful with care instructions. If the circumstances arise again, I will not hesitate to order from Floom. Thank you!”

“I sent it to my sister for her birthday. Since she wasn't at home the flours were left at the reception. But there was no any sms or calls to her from Floom, that there is an attempt to deliver it to her and that it was left at the reception. So she didn't know about it till I asked her next day and she went to the reception to take it. As a result she didn't get the flours at her birthday. This is very poor service from your side.”
