“Terrible service. I ordered sympathy flowers for same day delivery. The family were travelling to organsie the funeral the next day. I got an email at 8pm to say the delivery had not been made. Completely unacceptable and too late to organise to arrange anything else. So unprofessional. So disappointed.”
