“Terrible experience with Floom. Promised multiple follow ups from different reps and never received a single email or call regarding the status of this order. Delivered 24 hours late and the flowers were absolutely pitiful. I had high hopes for Floom and was completely let down.”

“This has got to be the worst online bouquet I have ever ordered. The flowers were wrong, NOT EVEN CLOSE to what had spent $100 on. See the pictures below when I emailed for a refund instead of making it right they gave me a partial refund. I mean that would be fine if they had just brought me a different arrangement. Oh no they brought me the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. It was so embarrassing when my friend's dying grandmother had to awkwardly tell me to get a refund.”

“Each time I have used Floom, I have been impressed with the quality and beauty of the arrangements. The vendors they choose to collaborate with are of high standard and it is apparent in the products that have been delivered. “My wife received the flowers one day after her birthday and the flowers were partly wilted and brown (they were white flowers). Not happy with this service! I doubt I’’ll ever use floom again! My wife threw out the brown flowers and rebased the few good ones.”

“Saved the day! The only problem I had was that I was promised a 10am-6pm window of delivery and wndwd up receiveing the flowers at 6:30pm when I wasn’t able to wait at home for them, but thankfully they left it in a safe place were I was able to get it upon my arrival! Thank you!”

“Flew to london for wedding anniversary. Ordered flowers to be delivered to hotel room. Informed flowers delivered 2 days late. Checked with hotel - no flowers received. Emailed floom- received automated reply. No updates, no flowers, no refund. Strongly advise to try a more reliable online florist if you are looking to do something for a special occasion. Recommend referring to an enemy.”

“I've used Floom at least 5 times and 4 out of 5, what was delivered looked exactly like the picture on the site. Flowers are always delivered by when promised and good quality. I do wish the website UI was easier to navigate - ie I would love the option to filter by price, or click into images without having to start all the way back at the top of all the options again when I go back.”
