“The flowers were gorgeous but arrived on Saturday instead of Friday, which completely ruined the surprise I was hoping to plan. Also I did not here back from customer service when trying to track down my order on Friday night”

“Received a completely different bouquet to the image on the website. Contacted customer service via chat and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and zero communication and no refund. Incredibly disappointing, I would avoid them altogether.”

“The customer service at Floom is exceptional. I received a phone call and an email asking me whether I would like a substitution or a refund when they could not fulfil my order exactly as requested. “Im overseas so Floom was great to use to order for my mum in London. Flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition. Id be remiss if I didnt mention that the flowers were not the colours of the picture on the site. If you are matching to your decor I would try to contact the florist (Bimba). That being said it is not enough for me to minus stars. The flowers are beautiful in their glass dome. My mum will be able to enjoy them indefinitely. Thanks Bimba!”
