We’ve ordered from you before and have been very satisfied. This time, although the wreath was beautiful, the delivery person left it in the lobby of our block of flats rather than bring it up to our flat (2nd floor - we had buzzed him in so he knew we were home). In comparison, this was the only time our Floom order hadn’t been brought up to our door.

Flowers delivered dead. I immediately took a picture and contacted customer service, who assured me I'd get a refund. But they had to come back and pick up the flowers. Weird, but ok...? However I was out that evening at our country house, planning to be back in the city the next day. We all got covid and had to stay where we were for several days, then I was told to send a picture of the vase (the issue wasn't the vase, but I had to tell them that in multiple separate emails where they kept asking for the vase, despite the pics I already sent of the dead flowers), then they told me due to my "health issues" (again, Covid!?) it wasn't their fault and since it was a few days later they could not refund me. WHAT!? Also, I am abridging here. There is an email thread with literally **17** messages - it should not be this hard to get a refund for DEAD FLOWERS DELIVERED AND PAID FOR. What a crock.

My daughter moved to the UK and Floom made it easy to send flowers from the US. The beautiful flowers exceeded my expectations and she was so thrilled. Next day delivery and super easy to order. Thank You!

No communication about the order's delivery on the day of the delivery. Flowers were delivered way after reasonable hours to deliver flowers. I asked to deliver flowers after 3 pm and they delivered in 8-9pm timeframe.

Very disappointed. I bought the flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday over a week before it was supposed to be delivered. On the day of the delivery, they contacted me saying they can't deliver today and I have 2 options, to cancel the order or get it delivered another day. I was very upset as my friend's birthday was today and not some other day. I ended up canceling the order and getting the flowers from another online shop that was able to deliver on the same day!

I will never forget the joy these roses brought to me the day I opened the beautiful package. It brought tears of joy and will live in my heart forever. It tugged on my heartstrings, sending a deeply profound message of so much love. I decided for the holidays I wanted to share that same experience with my entire family and friends and I got carried away and ordered one for each person I love so dearly. I ordered at least a couple dozen orders and it brought so much joy!

"Wow they're stunning!" Was the response from the couple getting married. Ordered same day and delivered by Clapham Flowers. Selected a light coloured bunch at £60 and upgraded by +£30 to "Superior" + added a vase - since I knew I would probably be competing with other flowers that day ;) It was well worth the hundred pounds spent as the gift gave lots of joy on arrival and no doubt over many days. Recommend.

Slow website and a bit clunky. Unclear exactly what would be in some of the bouquets as the pictures didn’t necessarily reflect the price options…large, small, vase/no vase etc. The checkout process was fairly simple and the support chat function worked well.

The plant I received had dried ends and the pot is chipped. Not to mention the high delivery fees. Not very happy with the product

I sent flowers to my sister using floom for the first time. She told me that the flowers that arrived looked old and the vase was absolutely dry. I was extremely disappointed. I wrote directly to floom to inform them of this and received no response.

See pics for yourself. I've never been baited and switched so badly. They substituted those gorgeous pale pink flowers for some tacky looking hot pink and green daisy things I'd expect in a $5 bunch from 7eleven. They offered a 40% discount even though the website says you get the bouquet you ordered or your money back. So this is the worst of many flower delivery businesses I've ordered from. Never again.
