“Amazing service… the flowers looked exactly like the picture on the website and were delivered early in the morning on the delivery day which was wonderful. I was slightly surprised that the flowers were from a florist in Surrey for an order to an address in Leicestershire …. Supporting local florists and climate awareness are perhaps things that could be improved on in the future. I would definitely use Floom again - they are expensive but worth it in my opinion.”

“The flowers were lovely, but the service was even better. I'd transposed some numbers in my recipient's address, and they were delivered to another building. A person there called to have them picked back (honest New Yorkers!) by the delivery people. When we found out the Floom representative called and was able to have them redelivered to the right address, just in time for the birthday.”

“My overall experience with Floom has been poor. From the start, I did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase until the next day and there were no updates or tracking for delivery. The flowers were delivered outside of the delivery window, and only after I contacted customer support. I didn't even receive confirmation that they were delivered from Floom until many hours later. The bouquet itself was subpar for the cost of the purchase. Several flowers came with broken stems or wilting/browning blooms. I would not buy from Floom again and will not recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality flowers.”

“I ordered a bouquet to be delivered next day and paid extra for next day shipping but my order was delivered 2 days later. It was supposed to be delivered in time for the recipient’s party. I didn’t even receive an email that the delivery was going to be delayed.”
