Hi Harry I'm so sorry that you've had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen reasons - the florist couldn't fulfil your order. As a result, your order had to be cancelled. I can see that you have liaised with the Customer Services Team and a full refund was provided. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

This was the first time I had ever bought flowers to be delivered, and the experience was straightforward. It made things easy to understand, and finding the flowers I needed was even more accessible. 10/10 will buy again.

I did not even receive my order for my sisters birthday. No email to say it had been delivered or why it had not been delivered but still took my money. Incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

Prompt same day delivery! Smooth transaction. A breathtakingly beautifully curated selection, just a tad disappointed in volume of bouquet. In saying that will definitely order again!

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers for a lady’s 40th birthday whose husband was doing some work for us. It was a gesture that would have been greatly appreciated. Not only did the flowers never arrive, it took over a week for Floom to acknowledge this. In 45 years of ordering flowers I’ve never been treated so appallingly and never dreamt the flowers would just never turn up. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for my money back! Do not use this company, absolutely no integrity.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist couldn't deliver your order. Your refund is processed within 48 hours and takes 5-7 working days to clear in your account. I am based in NZ and have tried to order flowers from other floristry websites in the UK without much luck. Floom was really easy to use, the website was easy to navigate and the person who received the flowers adores them :) thank you for letting me be able to show support to people who have recently lost a loved one, all the way from the other side of the world!
