Hi Nicholas Im so sorry about this. Due to unforeseen circumstances, your order couldnt be fulfiled by the florist. As a result, the Customer Services Team had to cancel your order. Your refund has been issued and will hit your account in 5-7 working days time. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

“I was so pleased with this service. not only was i able to pick out a beautiful bouquet, but the same-day delivery was excellent, and offered a huge selection of choices. The flowers arrive a little later than expected but by 15mins or so - completely acceptable and very pleased. I've been sent photos are i was very impressed by the arrangement and quality. Huge thanks!”

“It’s always scary to order flowers online because you’re never really sure how they’re going to look. I sent some flowers to a client and she was so pleased, she sent photos of the flowers and said that they were absolutely gorgeous. Which they were. And the online ordering process was very easy. For sure I would use it again!”
