“The arrangement delivered by Floom looked nothing like the arrangement in the pictures. Ordered the mid-sized arrangement, and received very small arrangement. Vase was nothing like the picture. Pricing was the same or higher than I could have paid at a higher-end Los Angeles establishment for a much less attractive flower arrangement.”

“The flowers were not delivered to the address provided and were also late. I am still waiting for an answer from customer service on where the flowers are and if I can get a refund.”

“This was a horrible experience, not from Floom but from the flower shop. They not only lied and said the flowers were delivered on my wife's birthday, they decided the next day to deliver and make the flower arrangement larger for the inconvenience, however, although quite pretty the arrangement was quite small and looked like a 30.00 value, not 120.00.”
