“There is no point ordering flowers, even if you do 3 days in advance. There are no options for timely delivery - I ordered for my husbands birthday 3 days earlier and the flowers reached by late evening we were heading out for dinner - what’s the point? You call floom and nobody answers! EVER!!! £150 pounds a bouquet that arrives at the end of the day when it’s irrelevant! This is not the first time I have had the same experience with floom.”

Hi Natasha I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I understand your flowers were delivered later in the day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for the delivery of your flowers. Flowers are delivered between 10am-6pm. The reason for this is as different florists have an array of delivery routes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the delivery of flowers at a specific time. Though, we can confirm delivery takes place between the hours aforementioned. I hope your gift of blooms was enjoyed by your husband.

“the flowers did not include a card at all which was part of the surprise of sending them. the recipients at the house weren't even certain the delivery was for them as well because there was no address attached either”

“An excellent service, I ordered for same-day delivery after hearing my brother got engaged and they arrived in the afternoon the same day. they even took into account the fact that the flowers needed to be delivered towards the end of the day. The flowers were very fresh and healthy and my brother and his fiancee were very happy. Thank you Floom.”

“I specifically searched next day deliveries, found a bouquet, specifically froom Floom, and paid for it. Only to be emailed the next day to be told it could not be delivered. Leaving me no time to source an alternative. On my mother's birthday. I replied to the cancellation email and I had no further contact. No one was in touch with me further.”

Hi Divya I'm sorry that you're disappointed with the service. I understand your order was cancelled. I can see you contacted the Customer Services Team on Monday. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this order couldn't be reinstated as the florist had to cancel. I understand that this was for a time-sensitive event and understand your concerns here. I know this wasn't the resolution you were looking for but a refund has been processed, which you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days.
