The service itself was decent (online payment, delivery), unfortunately, the flowers were quite disappointing. There was only one peony and the buds didn't open. The flowers died within less than a week and white fungus developed on the eucalyptus. (I had cut the stems and replaced the water after a few days)

Considering the cost of the flowers ($80/£64!!) they arrived not looking good at all, with many of the flowers looking a couple of days away from death. For that price I'd expect some nice buds that haven't even opened yet, not an arrangement that looks sloppy and close to the end of its life!

I paid extra for next day delivery for a gift to a client who was going on holiday the next day, but the bunch never arrived. I had to chase up and customer service told me they were being delivered the following day, I chased up again and the bunch was still not delivered and they said they had cancelled my order - No one communicated with me until I chased up - very annoying and embaressing will not be using the service again

First time using Floom and would order again due to the above and beyond delivery of my flowers. In general, Floom has a high-quality range of options to choose from and the website UI is more polished than their competitors. I had put in the delivery instructions that I was sending to a theater box office and requested delivery before the play start if possible. Kudos to the team for their perfect timing! Not only was the delivery perfect, but the flowers selected were fresh and ‘about to pop’! I didn’t think I would be so impressed with the company! 10/10 would recommend based off my first experience
