Hi Franki I'm so sorry there have been issues with your order. I have looked into this and as you have mentioned - there have been 3 failed deliveries with your order. The reason this happened as your recipient wasnt at home on any of those deliveries. Florists spend a great amount of time creating their designs - if they feel that the place is not safe to leave- they will return their creations back to the shop. I hope when your recipient did receive their order - they enjoyed your gift.

I had a couple of great experiences with Floom, but unfortunately on the last two occasions that I have booked through them the flowers have failed to arrive. Very disappointing

It was cancelled the morning it was suppose to be sent citing address couldn’t be delivered. Other companies had no problem.

Ordered and paid extra for same day delivery of flowers as a gift. Order did not arrive - no communication received until I reached out. Would not let me cancel until 24 hours of not showing up - by which point i did not want the flowers anymore.

Never used Floom before but after a friend had an accident I needed to send some beautiful flowers for same-day delivery to cheer them up. After finding Floom online I was able to select from flowers that could be sent on the day, and could easily scroll through the many beautiful options and retailers. The site was so easy to use - once selected and paid for my flowers were delivered within a couple of hours and they absolutely made his day! Highly recommend Floom and will definitely use again.

the ordering experience was great, and the selection and variety of flowers was brilliant. the delivery process was not good though, the window between 10-6 is fine, but the delivery status was never updated so i was unsure when they were actually delivered. this isn't good, and was unsettling, especially as they were a 21st birthday bouquet.

Im afraid we cannot provide an ETA as each florist has their own delivery planning and times that's why we have to advise on 10am to 6pm delivery window. It was great! I live in Spain and was able to get a lovely rose for a special someone in London through floom right at the time I wanted it. Amazing quality service. I'm really thankful!
