No flowers delivered and no update (now 3 days late) and missed my daughters final degree exams so if they turn up now they are pointless. I won’t be using Floom again as it stands.

Unfortunately, the flowers that we ordered were not delivered. I only found out when I checked up on the delivery to discover that the order was still with the florist the day after the delivery date. I contacted customer service by chat. I was informed that the florist was not reachable so I had to cancel my order and I then contacted a local florist to deliver the flowers on the same day.

I wanted to order my little sister a bright, colourful bouquet to brighten up her desk as she studied for her solicitor exams. The flowers were absolutely stunning, everything went smoothly (which was extra important as I was abroad) and she loved them! Thanks so much. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful flowers and great selection / service. However, it would be great if you could provide more granularity for the delivery times, even at an extra cost (at the moment they can deliver anytime between 9-18).

I ordered a bouquet with orchids as the centrepiece for a 40th that cost £75 only for the arrangement to not include any orchids. All I got in return was a £10 refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a bouquet to send to my daughter for her birthday. They arrived on time, and were absolutely gorgeous! She was thrilled with them and said they were so fragrant that the aroma filled her entire apartment. I will definitely shop with Floom again.
