This was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience and,at the time of writing, remains so. Floom took my money happily enough, failed to deliver the flowers last Friday as promised. They arrived only two days after my friends' anniversary, but have not seen fit to get in touch to apologise. They have also failed to answer my calls or messages, but merely sent me a range of questionnaires purporting to want feedback. They should start by concentrating in doing what they had agreed to do. A disgraceful performance from Floom, and a thoroughly alienating one. They will certainly have no further business from me. Stay clear is my advice.

I ordered flowers on Monday requesting delivery on Wednesday. My friend received them on THURSDAY am. I can't tell if they were left with a neighbour who then delivered them the next day or if they were just delivered late. A bit disappointing really. The flowers themselves were lovely though

Ordering the flowered online was easy enough, but I ordered a week before my mums birthday, to be delivered on her birthday (a Wednesday) and they were delivered a day later. That was disappointing, I live in California and my mum in England so I really wanted her flowers to be there on time.

Floom is my favourite florist to use in London. When I was in a long distance relationship we would use Floom for special occasions and birthdays. Their service is quick and their drivers are so attentive and kind. Recently my best friend lost her brother and I sent her favourite flowers (sunflowers) and the driver delivered to her doorstep and called my friend to let her know where he was leave them which she felt was so kind. Floom truly offers a fantastic service

Very satisfying using this service. I had made a mistake placing my order so I called their customer service number and they handled the issue quickly and without problems. Also they delivered the order with an hour!

I opted for next-day delivery, but my order was canceled in the middle of the night because the florist couldn't make it in time. Which left me no time to find another florist. I wanted to wish a good friend a happy birthday, but it was ruined. I also wasn't funded the total amount I paid.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered flowers for my mums birthday which never turned up. Got a call at 5pm to say they couldn’t be delivered! No apology, no concession, so I cancelled the order but am still waiting for a refund! Do not use!

What is the purpose of paying a substantial amount for delivery fee, giving delivery instructions, and noting where it should be left in the event the person is not home if it will simply be left at reception? I noted clearly in the form that it should only be left at front door. Even in the event the person is not there, which the question asked, I indicated for it to deliberately NOT be left at reception. I am simply confused on what is the point of paying this amount if the instructions will be dismissed. I have been to this apartment where it should have been delivered several times. There is easy access for delivery persons to be able to navigate to drop off at apartments. There is 0 excuse that the delivery instructions were not followed. Floom noted, “A lot of buildings won't allow our drivers to go beyond the reception area for security reasons.” This is not true as I have had multiple other flower companies deliver to the door. The flowers ultimately reached the hands of the grieving individual (who lost a loved one) who was forced to leave their home to pick up the flowers. This is exactly why you pay the expensive delivery fee so that type of thing is avoided. Ultimately, the flowers were fine- hence the 2 stars.
