“My daughter-in-law was delighted with these flowers for her birthday. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and, despite short notice, the flowers were delivered at the right time and in perfect order. Many thanks for your excellent service and lovely flower choice!”

“Wonderful flowers, delivered safely and on time. The only thing I would suggest to improve the service is to send a photo to the person who has bought them, of the finished bouquet. It's nice to see the finished results, especially if you are not going to see them yourself. Thank you.”

“Sorry, but I wasn’t happy with your company. First you told me I needed an alteration to the flowers in my order. I agreed to this because I wanted them to arrive in time for a birthday. Next I heard they would not be delivered in time but the day after. This was too late for me to remedy the situation.”
