We have just taken a look at the order you placed with us and you didn't leave a gift message or a note to be delivered with this order. Gift messages are the only way a sender's information can be communicated to a recipient due to strict GDPR regulation currently enforced within the marketplace. We can appreciate how disappointing it can be when one takes the time and thought to send flowers and they aren't easily traced back or identified when received. “Just received flowers from Floom. What a rip off! For the price of a dozen + roses I got a wilted little bundle that looked like someone had picked them in a nearby field. Many of the blooms were spent and needed to be cut off. Just awful.”

Hello Paula,  We do appreciate all feedback received here at Floom! Our partner florists work hard to create and provide beautiful bouquets, we are sorry to learn that upon delivery your flowers were received in a less than perfect condition. It is not of our usual standards, however, as flowers are delicate and fragile regrettably they suffered during transit to you.
