There should be an adequate order update process as this is severly lacking, this offers peace of mind. The biggest issue when ordering flowers and choosing 'Sizes' is that what you receive never quite looks like the oder you place. I'll be honest in that my first and recent order qith Floom has been the closest to what I ordered to date so we will see how future orders are. For emxample the question below asked who made the delivery, this I have no idea. I'm purchsaing flower for my girlfriend in America so the service was smoothe and she loved her flowers and said the quality and freshness has been better than previous online vendors.

This is my second time using Floom to deliver flowers to my mum located in the UK (I am in Chicago, USA). I am always pleasantly surprised at how easy Floom makes this process, from choosing a design/bouquet, to the ease/relief of a smooth delivery. And so far each bouquet has been beautiful and lasted a long time. Thank you, Floom, for helping me celebrate my favorite person from afar.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. I order light pink flowers and they sent fuschia and purple. I also ordered Lillie’s that were beautiful and wide open in the pictures but they arrived completely closed and almost looking dead. I was very disappointed.

Flowers look way beautiful in person than they look in the picture. They delivered flowers on time, and with care. It was last moment order and they did a good job. I would definitely order again in the future and recommend it to others.

Received a dying flower and missing flower for my order, along with my delivery instructions being completely ignored. Floom declined to do anything about it. This isn't the first time, it's the 2nd and it's going to be the last as I'm taking my business elsewhere and never recommending this service. Expensive flowers should be 100%alive and looking like the price that was paid. If you can't hold up your end, a complaint with the BBB will filled. And your didn't keep your end.

Hi Antonio, Thank you for your review. We apologise for the delivery driver not following your delivery instructions during the delivery. Also thank you for emailing us regarding your order. We have taken a look at your order and from the images sent, all stems were included in your bouquet. We do apologise for the slight damage on the one flower. I have yet to see a bouquet in person, but my mother-in-law who lives overseas is always very complimentary. She says the flowers are consistently lovely, and they have been delivered on time with every order.
