“I have a very good experience with Foolm. Has used it a lot! Maybe it would be nice to get a message when the request of delivery time doesn’t wirk. I have requested morning delivery when I know the person will be away the rest of the day. Otherwise good an reliable service. Kind regards Anna-Karin”

“This was thw worst flower delivery seevice I've ever used. I've never seen a bouquet even at a grocery store that looked this bad. Completely unprofessional and borderline scam. Avoid. (Floom delivery in NYC, US)”

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers delivered. We have looked into this for you and we could see that the flowers delivered were not bloomed upon delivery therefore the look difference.
