“Ordered flowers for last Saturday delivery but didn't arrive till two days later, monday, which is today. It needed to arrive for her 100th birthday, but arrived after the birthday celebration with the family and friends. This is not acceptable and am very disappointed.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided. The delivery was attempted for you but unfortunately, the address provided was a business address and upon delivery, we found that no one was in the office and the office was empty and shut. There was no name for the recipient, we tried to call the number provided but there was no answer. Could not access office to leave at reception. We have tried to discuss this with you over email several times and get this sorted out without success. Best wishes, Team Floom

“Even though neither of the things I purchased were able to be delivered due to delivery issues on this order the Floom team did try to resolve the issue and were in quick communication with me to notify me of the problem. Despite this order not going through have had several orders previously which arrived as expected and were excellent quality.”

“Great experience with Floom. Website was easy to use with plenty of floral options to choose from. I received notification that my order (Florence) was being made and then out for delivery. The recipient said the flowers were gorgeous and had a great smell. Very happy with service provided.”
