My daughter turned 25 and she is living in London far from us in Elora, Ontario, Canada. I wanted to ensure she felt celebrated so I ordered her flowers with the option of some Rose Proseco! What a treat! The smooth delivery and her reception of the product was easily done! The flowers were stunning! The Proseco was greatly enjoyed! Thanks for helping this momma celebrate her daughter!

I use Floom in the UK and love that I can use Floom in the US as well. I can trust that they will use artisan florists that will put together a style of bouquet that I like and prefer. I ordered the day before and it was fast and easy. My bouquest was delivered in good time and they were the freshest most beautiful blooms. My friend loved them as did I. Thank you Floom!

This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out. Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"

We ordered some flowers for a friends 50th with specific criteria for the bouquet. It was absolutely beautiful and she loved it. Thank you Floom, as always such a good offer of flowers curated so well.

Sadly when my daughter opened the box the flowers were damaged. One orchid had been snapped off.

Hello! Delivery was not carried out. They said there was no one at home. But there were flowers waiting at home that day and there was no courier. They asked for confirmation of delivery - they did not provide it. They refuse to return the money

It was awesome! I ordered from the states to my grandaughter in London. I needed that day, which was around 2pm london time. The flowers not olny got delivered but were stunning!! THANK YOU!

I ordered an $180 bouquet and it looked nothing like the photo. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent on the flowers. They were also delivered a day early but said they were delivered on the correct day.
