“Floom service was great! The website is easy to navigate and it gives you all the information you would like when ordering from so far away. Although not Flooms fault, the flowers looked very different from what the pictures did. Different flowers and combinations were used and the bunch of flowers were a lot less than compared to the photo too which was a dissapointment.”

“I called them a few times to make sure they would coordinate a time with my daughter as I did not want her stuff left with a neighbor. They coordinated and met her when they said. Flowers were pretty!”

“Paid $100 for flowers that were never delivered. Contacted support, they said they would reach out to the florist and then closed my “request” without ever hearing back from them. I really wanted to use this company since they offered quick delivery and used local florists. Won’t be using this company again.”

“The flower’s arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful but those delivery people either deliver the agreements to the wrong address or forgetting the personal message card that’s suppose to be attached and delivered with the flower arrangements!!!! HORRIBLE (sidebar; this has happened more then once)”

“I was very surprised at how small the bouquet ended up being, even after paying for the larger size. I purchased the “tropical” bouquet but it ended up being freshia and tulips and looked closer to something from Safeway than “artisnal”.”
